AirDesign Sock SL Replacement AirPillow & Fabric Container

The spare AirPillow container is effectively provided with 3 toggles on each side to allow a replacement if this container gets damaged.

The procedure has 2 options:

• Option 1: Provisory (if you don’t have access to a sewing machine)
  • Remove the inflatable PU AirPillow from the damaged container.
  • Cut off damaged container.
  • Put spare container in place using the plastic toggles and the 3 loops on right and left side.
  • Put back the inflatable PU AirPillow inside the spare container.
  • Connect top of the container to harness with Velcro in place where the inflation tube passes.
  • Inflate carefully and check everything comes in the right place.

• Option 2: Definitive (if you have access to a sewing machine)
  • Remove the inflatable PU AirPillow from the damaged container.
  • Cut off damaged container.
  • Sew the spare container in place of the old one (sewing Front, right & left side) using the webbing.
  • Put back the inflatable PU AirPillow inside the spare container.
  • Connect top of the container to harness with Velcro in place where the inflation tube passes.
  • Inflate carefully and check everything comes in the right place.
