Shipping Policy

All in-stock orders will ship within 2-3 business days from the date your payment clears our bank. Many of our paragliders, harnesses, reserve parachutes and other items may take longer to ship to you if not currently in stock at our Montana warehouse. We will notify you of expected delivery dates. If you have a time sensitive order, please contact us prior to placing your order to be sure we can meet your timeline.

We only ship within the United States.

Unless you pay for a specific shipper, we will select the carrier and type of shipping. Available carriers are;

  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • Federal Express (FedEx)
  • United States Postal Service (USPS)

Order Tracking

Whenever available, we will email you tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

If we make a mistake on your order, returns are on us. If you have received what you placed an order for, but need to make a change, shipping costs will be at the customer’s own expense.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of placing order if not yet processed will be refunded less 5% (to cover the merchant fees we paid to accept your payment).

NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING:

  • Customized, special orders.
  • Used or damaged items.
  • Clothing that has been worn.

Return Fee

All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs that you paid will not be included in your refund.

Unless we made a mistake and shipped you an incorrect item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item to us.

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.

If your return isn’t received within 7 days from return authorization date, 406 Paragliding will not accept the return. 406 Paragliding is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Items returned must be in a new/unused condition and are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by 406 Paragliding. A copy of your sales receipt is required. The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges (if applicable).

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Less the restocking fee of 10%. At our discretion, refunds will be via original method of your payment, or we will send you a check.

Returned items are expected to be returned in new condition and will be refused if not in original like new, re-sellable condition.
