SuSi 4 is certified from A to D and therefore covers all kinds of needs, pilot skills and practices. And this from very small surfaces already certified EN-A (18m2 flat) or B (14, 16m2 flat). Just use our tools on this page to find the one just for you!
Depending on your weight and the size wing you choose AirDesign SuSi 4 will perform and be rated differently (En A – En D). Carefully, read the Size chart to select the correct wing size for your skills.
The SuSi concept has proven over the years to be light, durable, safe and fun. Achieving EN-A ratings at normal loadings for the SuSi 4 opens up new opportunities for teaching as well. So, the SuSi 4 will also replace the Eazy Superlight in AirDesign range. With the certification from A to D depending on the size and wing load it is a great toy for all kind of pilots, same all fun from beginner to expert and pro.
The past 5 years, the Susi 3 was a role model in its class so not only AirDesign kept all the good things like agility, handling, loading options, speed, durability, versatility – but AirDesign have managed to improve it all on the SuSi 4.
SuSi 3 16 was the smallest EN-B certified glider in the world, now SuSi 4 14 definitely takes the lead (it’s only 12.18m2 projected)! And SuSi 4 18 is certified EN-A… AirDesign is definitely the specialist for small, certified gliders. There is always a SuSi your size, whether you want to fly fast and furious, or smooth and peaceful whatever your weight is.
