To roughly determine what size wing you should fly, take your naked weight. Add in all the additional weight you’ll be wearing and carrying when you fly, for most this will be 26-35 pounds. For example, you weigh yourself unclothed, and you weigh 160 # add 26-35 pounds = 186-195 This wing will be the correct size for you.
